In addition to being an experienced HR professional, I have the invaluable benefit of a successful track record in general management roles. Prior to launching Outsourcing HR, I spent five years as an HR consultant for a leading UK HR service provider. I have also worked alongside newly appointed directors in the veterinary world to help them get their businesses off the ground and to implement effective HR systems. During this time, I gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by smaller businesses, and learnt how to employ her expertise from the corporate world in a practical, no-nonsense way for the benefit of small businesses and startups.
I believe that while everyone knows that people are their greatest asset, many organisations do not put in the time or invest in the processes necessary to properly nurture this asset. I work with business leaders to ensure that employees grow and stay with the company, and are committed to fully contributing to the success of the business.
